Hi Miklos, I actually am taking a pause from mentoring overall, I did mentor for many bootcamps, including Springboard, CareerFoundry & others, but nowaways I'm focused on smaller scale initiatives & experimenting with different mentorship models. I do agree that for most bootcamps, marketing is very misleading and expectations aren't managed properly, I just don't agree that the solution needs to involve limiting the possibility for people to enter the field. As screening itself can also be biased, and I met incredible designers from backgrounds that have nothign to do with design. But maybe the solution could be towards enrolling students in lower cost options or have them provide an initial case study or something like that before enrolling officially in such a high commitment program (both money and time wise).
